Run it dry first
Drylab is our first lineage: experiments on living cells, run in software before anyone touches a pipette.
Most of the cost of biology is in the experiments that did not need running. Drylab exists to find them first. You pick a cell, set the conditions, and see what a run will cost and how much to trust it, before anything runs.
Five tiers, one interface
- →TP1 Glance: a learned model that ranks a whole genome in seconds.
- →TP2 Steady: flux balance analysis, every single deletion in about a minute.
- →TP3 Kinetic: time courses, where the diauxic shift emerges on its own.
- →TP4 Stochastic: cell by cell, and how cells differ.
- →TP5 Full 4D: space and time, from colonies on agar to spheroids with starved cores.
Nine cells are served across the tiers, from S288C yeast to human cell lines. Drug screens dose 3D spheroids of HepG2, HCT116, MCF7 and K562 cells.[1]
What it is not
Drylab is a screening and triage tool for research. It does not replace wet-lab experiments, and it is not for clinical use. It is in private preview, by invitation, with a waitlist at drylab.app.
